Inicio Group Ltd in Castleford is hiring a part-time Support Worker (Supported Accommodation) to work 19 hours per week, with an hourly rate of £13.00–£13.50. The role supports young people aged 16 to 19 in transition to adulthood, promoting independence and providing wrap-around care.

Qualifications

• Level 3/4 in Health & Social Care (Desired).
• Minimum of 1 year's relevant experience (Desired).
• Hold a valid Driving licence and access to own vehicle (Required).
• Minimum age requirement of 19 years (Required).
• DBS on Update System (Desired).
• Willing & able to do Sleep In shifts (Required).

Responsibilities

• Support young people to promote independence and transition to adulthood.
• Work multiagency with internal and external professionals to ensure wrap around support and equality.
• Conduct yourself as a positive role model for young people and colleagues.
• Maintain accurate written and verbal communications with team and stakeholders.
