Job summary

Inicio Group Ltd in Castleford is seeking a committed Support Worker for our Supported Accommodation service. The role focuses on helping young people aged 16 to 19 transition to adulthood, promoting independence and personal growth within a person-centred team.

The position is full-time (34 hours) with sleeps and a rolling 3-week rota, including weekends and evenings. A £500 welcome bonus is offered, plus induction, pension, a health plan and ongoing development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Level 3/4 in Health & Social Care (Desired).
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience (Desired).
• Hold a valid Driving licence and access to own vehicle (Required).
• Minimum age 21 years (Required).
• DBS on Update System (Desired).
• Willing & able to do Sleep In shifts (Required).

SUPPORT WORKER (SUPPORTED ACCOMMODATION)
Required for our service in Castleford

• £500 welcome bonus (£250 on successful completion of induction, £250 on successful completion of probation)
• Full-Time 34 hours with sleeps (Av 10 sleeps per month)
• £31,984 - £32,868 per annum (based on £13.00 - £13.50 per hour, dependent on qualifications)
• Sleep in allowance £75 per sleep
• 3 Week rolling rota including weekends and evenings across a 7 day period

Welcome bonus T&C's: Inicio Group reserves the right to reclaim the welcome bonus if the employee voluntarily leaves or is dismissed for misconduct within 12 months of their start date. Any reclaim will be calculated on a pro‑ratio basis at 1/12th of the total bonus for each full month not completed.
