Job summary

Affinity Trust is seeking a dedicated Support Worker in Preston to help people move into their new home. You will be part of a team delivering full-time support (37.5 hours) with opportunities for part-time hours as well.

The role requires some experience in health and social care and offers full training, plus NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care. We value active individuals who enjoy staying physically engaged and can provide compassionate, person-centred support that helps residents feel safe,

• NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care will be provided as training.

Support Worker: Preston

Rate: £12.75 per hour (This rate will be increasing to £13:00 from 26th October 2026)

Hours: Full Time (37.5 hrs) we also have part time hours available

Required: You will need some experience working within the health and social care sector

Training: Full training + NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care
