Affinity Trust in Newbury is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to help people live life on their own terms. You’ll provide practical support, companionship and encouragement, enabling clients to manage daily routines and pursue personal goals.

The role offers full-time hours (37.5 per week) with full training and the chance to undertake NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care. A compassionate team environment and the opportunity to make a real difference are highlighted throughout the advert.

Formación

As a Support Worker, you’ll help people to:

You will need to work shifts (early starting at 7am and late finishing at 10pm) across the week and weekends and be prepared to undertake sleep in shifts for this role.

*Pay rate of £13.19 is effective as of 26th October 2026. Current rate £13.15
