Job summary

Affinity Trust in Bedford (MK40) is seeking compassionate Support Workers. We offer full training and an NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care, with roles both full-time (37.5 hrs) and part-time (22.5 hrs) available.

You will support people with learning disabilities, autism or mental health needs to live more independently, helping them in daily routines, building trust, and choosing activities. DBS check required; we guarantee interview to disabled applicants.

• Full training provided + NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care.
• Enhanced DBS check required (paid by us).
