Affinity Trust in Newbury, Berkshire is hiring a part-time Support Worker to help people live more independently. The role offers training and supports those with learning disabilities, autism or mental health needs, with no prior experience required.

You will join a caring team, work up to 22.5 hours with split early and late shifts, and a sleep-in shift in between. The pay rate is £13.19 per hour (effective 26 Oct 2026).

What matters most is your kindness, positivity, and genuine desire to help others enjoy life on their own terms. This is a part time role for up to 22.5 hours, working split early and late shifts across some weekdays and weekends, with a sleep in shift in between.

*Pay rate of £13.19 is effective as of 26th October 2026. Current rate £13.15
