Community Integrated Care is committed to delivering high-quality social care with the values of choice, dignity and respect. We are recruiting dedicated support workers to assist two women and two men in a warm, supportive setting across a Dorma bungalow service in England.

Training, PPE and career development are provided, with a focus on person-centred support and inclusive, values-driven practice. Shifts vary, including daytime, evening and sleep-in patterns; DBS/PVG checks are funded.

Who you'll be supporting & more about the role:

• 2 Ladies and 2 gentlemen live in this service, sue, jane, cameron and Bob.
• Our ages vary from 28 to 88, so we have a variety of different life experience, personalities, routines and habits.
• We have different communication skills/difficulties from people who are nonverbal to people who will talk your ear off. Cam, jane and sue are nonverbal so need a little more time for people to communicate with us.
• We love to have a bit of banter and a good laugh.
• Staff are all trained and coached in mandatory care skills such as first aid, fire safety and moving and positioning to name a few.
• Broomside is a very active service but can also be quiet, as we all enjoy going out but also enjoy relaxing watching films.
• We all enjoy a good cup of tea or coffee.
• We live in a beautiful Dorma bungalow. Georgie lives in the flat upstairs along with the sleepover room and the ground floor is all wheelchair friendly.
• All the rooms are tailored to the people we support likes, needs and tastes.
• We have a shared lounge where we have a tv which has a Netflix account which is share between everyone.
• We have a shared kitchen which if always full of food, drink and laughter.
• Mary enjoys cooking and making cakes and timothy likes to play with the bubbles in the sink.
• 3 core staff during the day, 1 nightshift and 1 sleep in.
• Our shifts vary, we have 8am - 9pm, 8am - 8pm day shift.
• 8am - 10pm - 8am sleep-in.

9pm - 8am nightshift.
