Keys Group is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to assist adults with mental health needs, autism, learning disabilities, and acquired brain injuries in our Wales service. You will support with daily routines, activities, and personal care, helping individuals live more independently.
You will promote independence, assist with life skills, and accompany to appointments. Training and development opportunities are provided to grow within the role.
We provide person-centred support for people with Mental Health needs, Autism, Learning Disabilities, and Acquired Brain Injuries. From therapeutic and residential care to tailored supported living services, we support over 1,000 individuals across England and Wales to live more independently and with greater confidence.
As a Support Worker, you will be involved in the day-to-day support and routine of the people within the service including:
