You will be involved in the day-to-day support and routine of the people we support, promoting independence and helping them live a fulfilling life while assisting with health care, personal care, budgeting and domestic tasks.

At The Whitehouse, we support up to 7 adults with Learning Disabilities and Autism.
We focus on empowering the people we support to develop their skills and to progress along their recovery pathway.
The service recognises that each person is has different aims and objective in which they want to achieve, this may range from achieving daily living skills to total independence. The home uses a wide range of tools to ensure successful outcomes
As a Support Worker, you will be involved in the day-to-day support and routine of the people within the service including:
