The White House, part of Keys Group, in Bridgend (CF31 2PT) is looking for a Support Worker to support adults with Learning Disabilities and Autism, helping them develop skills and progress on their recovery pathway.
This role is 35 hours per week, paying £14.05–£14.75 per hour. Full induction and ongoing training are provided, with DBS check paid, and opportunities for career development within Keys Group.

At The White House, we support up to 7 adults with Learning Disabilities and Autism.
We focus on empowering the people we support to develop their skills and to progress along their recovery pathway.
The service recognises that each person is has different aims and objective in which they want to achieve, this may range from achieving daily living skills to total independence. The home uses a wide range of tools to ensure successful outcomes
Experience within the care sector is not needed as we offer full training, coaching and development
