Job summary

Keys Group is seeking a Day & Nights Support Worker for Weymouth (DT4). The role involves day-to-day support for adults in a specialist group setting, promoting independence and person-centred planning. Full training is provided; prior care sector experience is not required.

40 hours per week, with a warm, community-focused environment in Weymouth, Dorset. You will be involved in routines, medication administration, personal care, budgeting support, and engaging activities while working closely

• Assisting with personal care as required.
• Assisting with domestic tasks including cleaning & cooking.
• Providing guidance & encouragement through physical & emotional support.

About Weymouth:

Our specialist Supported Living and Outreach service in Weymouth, provides support for people with Learning Disabilities, Autism, Mental Health needs and Acquired Brain Injuries

We work in partnership with Local Health Professionals such as social workers, community nurses, and specialists such as Speech and Language Therapists, Physiotherapists and Occupational Therapists. Person Centred Planning Our staff support each person to create a person-centred plan that tells us how they want to live their life now and in the future. Through a range of communication tools, we ensure that each person is closely involved in the development of their own plan.

As a Support Worker, you will be involved in the day-to-day support and routine of the people within the service including:
