Keys Care, part of Keys Group, is hiring a Support Worker to help adults with complex mental health needs or learning disabilities in a residential setting. You will deliver day-to-day support, encourage independence, and support life skills through engaging hobbies and activities.

Full induction and ongoing training are provided. DBS check is paid, and there are generous benefits including pension, paid leave, and a referral bonus. Opportunity for professional growth within the group.

• Full UK Driving Licence required.
• Experience in care not required; full training provided.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day support and routine of the people we support.
• Promoting independence while helping them live a fulfilling life.
• Supporting personal skills through hobbies and interests.
• Maintaining health care needs, including appointments and medication administration.
• Teaching life skills such as budgeting, paying bills and shopping.
• Assisting with personal care as required.
• Assisting with domestic tasks including cleaning and cooking.
• Providing guidance and encouragement through physical and emotional support.

LOCATION: Porth CF39 9TF

SALARY: £13.45 - £14.15 PER HOUR

HOURS: 35hrs a week

REQUIREMENTS: Full UK Drivers Licence

As a Support Worker, You Will Be Involved In The Day-to-day Support And Routine Of The People Within The Service Including

• Day-to-day support and routine of the people we support.
• Prompting independence whilst helping them live a fulfilling life.
• Supporting & encouraging the development of personal skills through hobbies and interests.
• Maintaining and helping with health care needs, including accompanying the people we support to routine appointments or administrating medication.
• Teaching life skills such as budgeting, paying bills & shopping.
• Assisting with personal care as required.
• Assisting with domestic tasks including cleaning & cooking.
• Providing guidance & encouragement through physical & emotional support.

Experience within the care sector is not needed as we offer full training, coaching and development
