Keys Group is recruiting a Support Worker to assist adults with learning disabilities and autism at The White House in Wales. The role involves day-to-day support, promoting independence, encouraging participation in hobbies, and helping with health care needs, including medication administration.
No prior care experience is required as full training, coaching and development are provided to enable progression within the service.
REQUIREMENTS: Full UK Drivers Licence + must be able to fulfil wake night duties
About The White House
At The White House, we support up to 7 adults with Learning Disabilities and Autism.
We focus on empowering the people we support to develop their skills and to progress along their recovery pathway.
The service recognises that each person is has different aims and objective in which they want to achieve, this may range from achieving daily living skills to total independence. The home uses a wide range of tools to ensure successful outcomes
As a Support Worker, you will be involved in the day-to-day support and routine of the people within the service including:
