Peabody is seeking a Mental Health Support Worker to help adults in Hertfordshire live independently using a person-centred and trauma-informed approach.
You will carry out assessments and support plans, help with finances, and promote wellbeing while liaising with partners and attending meetings. DBS check is required and on-call rota participation is expected. The role offers flexible hours and the chance to grow within Peabody’s inclusive services.

As a Mental Health Support Worker, you'll work within our HPFT-funded services in Hertfordshire, supporting adults with lived experience of mental health challenges. You'll help individuals build stability, develop independent living skills, and move forward in their recovery journey through a person-centred and trauma-informed approach. Working across our service in Cheshunt, you'll play a vital role in empowering customers to overcome barriers, improve their wellbeing, and achieve greater independence.
