Peabody in Braintree is seeking a Care Support Worker to help people live independent lives, assisting with daily living tasks, personal care, and community activities.
No prior care experience is required; comprehensive training and ongoing support will be provided. The role requires flexibility across a rota including evenings, weekends, bank holidays, and some sleep-in or waking night shifts.
Are you someone who genuinely cares about others? Do you have a positive attitude, a great sense of humour, and a desire to help people live fulfilling, independent lives? We're looking for caring, reliable, and enthusiastic individuals to join our team in Braintree. The best part? You don't need previous care experience. We're far more interested in finding people with the right values, compassion, and willingness to learn. If you have a positive outlook and enjoy helping others, we'll provide the training and support you need to succeed.
As a Care Support Worker, you'll play a vital role in supporting people to live the lives they choose.
Whether you're already working in care, looking for a complete career change, or returning to work after a break, we'd love to hear from you. Full training will be provided, and we'll support you every step of the way. Previous experience in care, support work, customer service, hospitality, retail, or volunteering can be beneficial, but it's your attitude and commitment that matter most.
When you join Peabody, you're joining a team guided by our values: Be Kind, Do the Right Thing, Love New Ideas, Celebrate Diversity, Keep Our Promises, and Pull Together. We believe in creating a workplace where everyone feels supported, included, and empowered.
If you're looking for a rewarding career where you can make a genuine difference every day, we'd love to hear from you.
