Job summary

Peabody in Braintree is seeking a Care Support Worker to help people live independent lives, assisting with daily living tasks, personal care, and community activities.

No prior care experience is required; comprehensive training and ongoing support will be provided. The role requires flexibility across a rota including evenings, weekends, bank holidays, and some sleep-in or waking night shifts.

Care Support Worker – Make a Difference Every Day

What You'll Be Doing

As a Care Support Worker, you'll play a vital role in supporting people to live the lives they choose.

This Could Include

Experience Isn't Essential

Whether you're already working in care, looking for a complete career change, or returning to work after a break, we'd love to hear from you.
