Advance Housing and Support Ltd in Lincoln is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to help people with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs live the lives they choose. The role includes personal care, medication assistance if required, meal preparation and supporting attendance at medical appointments and social activities.

Hours are 30 contracted per week (Mon-Sun, including weekends), with shifts across days, evenings, nights and occasional sleep-ins.

Qualifications

• You don’t need to have previous care or support experience.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with personal care and hygiene (if required)
• Medication administration (if required)
• Support with preparing and cooking meals
• Support with attending medical appointments
• Support with social activities
• Support with independent skills
• Support with domestic duties like cleaning and laundry
• Keeping accurate records and updating care plans
