Job summary

Advance Housing and Support Ltd is seeking a dedicated Support Worker in Market Harborough to help customers with learning disabilities, autism, complex needs and mental health conditions live independently. The role offers flexible hours, full training and opportunities for career progression within the organisation.

You will work 37.5 hours per week across days, evenings and weekends, with sleep-in duties as required.

Qualifications

• Experience in care or support is not required but desirable.
• Ability to follow care plans and risk assessments.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care and hygiene as needed.
• Administer medications if required.
• Assist with meals, nutrition, and cooking.
• Support attendance at medical appointments.
• Facilitate social activities and independent living skills.
