You will work 37.5 hours per week, including weekends, with opportunities to progress within the organisation. The role requires compassion, reliability and strong teamwork, plus the ability to follow

Qualifications

• Role requires compassionate and person-centered care.
• Ability to follow care plans and risk assessments.
• Must be literate in English and able to keep accurate records.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with personal care and hygiene (if required).
• Medication administration (if required).
• Support with preparing and cooking meals.
• Attend medical appointments with customers.
• Support with social activities and independent living skills.
• Maintain domestic duties such as cleaning and laundry.
• Keep accurate records and update care plans as required.
