Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care and hygiene when required.
• Administer medications if required and under supervision.
• Support with meal preparation and cooking.
• Attend medical appointments with service users when needed.
• Facilitate social activities and independent living skills.
• Help with domestic duties such as cleaning and laundry.
• Maintain accurate records and update care plans as required.
• Keep training up to date and follow Care Plans.
