Job summary

Advance Housing & Support Ltd is looking for a dedicated Support Worker in Sarisbury to help people with learning disabilities, autism or complex needs live the lives they choose. You must have a full UK driving license as the client has their own vehicle for community access, and you will work 37.5 hours with some weekends.

The role offersTraining and support, flexible working, and a pathway to progression within the organisation.

Qualifications

• No prior care experience required; values, passion and determination to help others are key.
• Able to work every other weekend
• Able to work between 7am and 10:30pm

Responsibilities

• Assisting with personal care and hygiene (if required)
• Medication administration (if required)
• Support with preparing and cooking meals
• Attend medical appointments
• Support with social activities
• Support with independent skills
• Domestic duties (cleaning, laundry)
• Maintain accurate records and update care plans
• Keep training up to date
