Job summary

Keys Group is recruiting a Support Worker for Lyndale in Hereford. You will provide daily personal and social support to residents with mental health needs, learning disabilities and autism, helping to maintain routines and promote independence.

Responsibilities include assisting with health care, medication where required, budgeting, shopping and community activities, in a supportive and caring environment. Training and induction are provided.

About Lyndale

Welcome to Lyndale, a Hereford-based residential service catering to individuals with Mental Health Needs, Learning Disabilities and Autism. The service accommodates up to 10 adults, delivering personalised support tailored to individual needs.

Based in Hereford, a 5 minute walk from the train station, Lyndale is a really rewarding place to work and aims to encourage independence in all aspects of the individuals' lives.

The individuals we support enjoy a number of activities in the local community including Cinema, trips to the seaside, lunch out, shopping and appointments as and when required.

As a Support Worker, You Will Be Involved In The Day To Day Support And Routine Of The People Within The Service Including
