Job summary

Keys Group provides innovative care and education services to children and young people with complex needs. We are expanding our teams in the region and looking for a dedicated Support Worker - Children's Residential in Runcorn.

You will support with emotional, physical, and social needs, accompany children to appointments and activities, assist with personal care and routines, and help maintain a safe, nurturing environment while ensuring accurate documentation and safeguarding throughout.

Qualifications

  • Full UK Driving licence is preferred but not essential.
  • Experience supporting children and young people desirable.
  • Strong safeguarding awareness and commitment to child welfare.

Responsibilities

  • Support children and young people with emotional, physical, and social needs.
  • Accompany them to appointments, school, and activities.
  • Deliver personal care and assist with daily routines.
  • Support with household tasks and maintain a safe, nurturing environment.
  • Complete accurate documentation and reports in a timely manner.
  • Promote wellbeing and safeguarding at all times.

JOB ROLE:

Support Worker - Children's Residential

LOCATION:

Runcorn (WA7)

HOURS:

Full time based on 39 hours per week, long day shifts plus sleep ins including weekends

REQUIREMENTS:

Full UK Driving licence is preferredbut notessential
