Job summary

Pathway House is recruiting a Support Worker in Wyboston, Bedfordshire to provide day-to-day support to residents with mental health needs.

You will assist with personal care, accompany to appointments, help with activities, budgeting, and everyday tasks, with full training provided.

• Assisting with domestic tasks including cleaning and cooking.
• Providing guidance and encouragement through physical and emotional support.

About Pathway House

Pathway House is a specialist residential service that offers a homely, relaxed atmosphere that enables people to explore boundaries in a safe and structured setting. People can realise their potential and gain maximum control over their future.

We support up to 10 people with Mental Health needs who may also have a dual diagnosis of Autism or a mild Learning Disability. People we support are supported to understand their diagnosis and develop coping strategies to manage their anxieties, which reduce the frequency and severity of challenging behaviours.

As a Support Worker, You Will Be Involved In The Day-to-day Support And Routine Of The People Within The Service Including

Experience within the care sector is not needed as we offer full training, coaching and development
