Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence is essential for this role.

Responsibilities

• Support service users to lead an active life per their care plans.
• Keep service users safe and safeguard their welfare.
• Provide emotional support with a person-centred approach.
• Assist with social activities, finances, medication, and personal care.
• Be an informal contact for families and social workers.
• Record issues to monitor health and wellbeing.
• Comply with Health and Safety regulations.
