Responsibilities

• Support service users to lead a full and active life in line with their wishes and plans, participating in plan development.
• Help keep service users safe and safeguard their welfare.
• Provide emotional support with a person-centred approach.
• Assist with social activities, finances, medication, practical tasks, personal care.
• Be an informal point of contact for families and social workers.
• Accurately report and record health and wellbeing issues.
• Comply with Health and Safety regulations.
