Job summary

Eden Futures is recruiting a Male Support Worker to assist individuals living in their own homes as part of our Supported Living services across Stourbridge. The role focuses on enabling independence, with pathways like the Care Certificate and apprenticeships to support career development.

You will join a values-driven team, receive peer and e-learning training, and contribute to a person-centered care approach that respects service users’ choices and promotes wellbeing.

Responsibilities

• Support service users to lead a full and active life in line with their wishes and plans

• Be an informal point of contact for families and social workers
• Accurately report and record health and wellbeing updates
• Follow Health and Safety regulations and protect others
