Job summary

Eden Futures in the United Kingdom is seeking Support Workers to assist adults with learning disabilities, autism and related needs in their own homes across Stourbridge. The role focuses on promoting independence, safeguarding, and person-centred care, with ongoing training and development opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Support service users to lead a full and active life in line with their wishes and care plans.
• Help service users stay safe and safeguarded from abuse.
• Provide emotional support with a person-centred approach.
• Assist with social activities, finances, medications, household tasks, personal care and healthcare.
• Be an informal contact for families and social workers.
• Accurately report issues to monitor wellbeing.
• Comply with Health and Safety regulations.
