Job summary

Leonard Cheshire in Glasgow is recruiting a care assistant to support residents with daily living tasks, personal care and helping them live life on their own terms in a warm, home-like environment.

You will work full-time across shifts, including weekends, with a focus on promoting independence and compassionate care; a generous benefits package supports wellbeing and career development.

£13.55 per hour | Full Time | Castlemilk, Glasgow

Our Dougrie Drive service is home to 5 adults with physical disabilities. It's more than just a care home, it has a warm, family-feel environment built around and shaped by the people who live here. Every day brings new moments to celebrate: from small wins in independence to big laughs over mealtimes.

Your working hours

• Full-time (35 hours per week)
• Day shifts: 8am-2pm or 8am - 4pm
• Late shift: 2pm-10pm
• Long days: 8am-8pm
• Sleep-in: 10pm - 7am

Flexibility is required to work across all shifts on weekends and weekdays
