Leonard Cheshire in Kempston, Bedfordshire, is seeking a dedicated support worker to assist up to 3 adults with physical disabilities. The role offers full-time hours (37.5 per week) with a fixed schedule and weekend rotation, including early and late shifts.

A full UK manual driving licence is essential to support community activities. You will work in a warm, family-like service, promoting independence and person-centred care.

Our Mid-shires service is looking for an experienced support worker to help provide support for up to 3 adults with physical disabilities. Our service feels like family – relaxed, supportive, and centred around the people who live here. Every day brings new moments to celebrate: from small wins in independence to big laughs over mealtimes.

Due to the nature of this role, a full UK manual driving licence is essential.

We are offering full-time hours, at 37.5 hours per week.

You’ll need to be flexible to work across weekdays and every other weekend as part of a rota

Typical shifts:

• Earlies : 7:30am - 2:30pm
• Lates: 2:30pm - 10pm

Enhanced pay: £1.00 per hour will apply to night working (8pm Monday to 7am Friday) weekend working (8pm Friday to 7am Monday). This does not apply to Sleep-Ins.
