Leonard Cheshire Banbury is seeking caring staff to support residents with daily living tasks, meals, and personal care in a home-like setting. You’ll work across weekdays and weekends with occasional hours, helping people live life their way.

Agnes Court is home for 24 adults with physical disabilities, located in Banbury town centre. Our service feels like family – relaxed, supportive, and centred around the people who live here. Every day brings new moments to celebrate: from small wins in independence to big laughs over mealtimes.
We offer occasional hours. You’ll need to be flexible to work across weekdays and weekends.

Enhanced pay: £1.00 per hour will only apply to night working (8pm Monday to 7am Friday) and weekend working (8pm Friday to 7am Monday). This does not apply to Sleep-Ins.
