Sobell Lodge is a specialist care facility providing support for adults with physical disabilities, complex needs, and sensory impairments, including those who are blind or non-verbal. Nestled in a quiet village in Kent, Sobell Lodge offers a peaceful environment with access to local shops. The serene surroundings provide a comfortable and supportive atmosphere, away from busy city life.
We offer full time hours, at 35 hours per week. Shifts include the following: 7am - 1pm, 1pm - 7pm, 4pm - 10pm and 7am - 7pm. Shifts will include working weekends on a rota basis.

Enhanced pay: £1.00 per hour will only apply to night working (8pm Monday to 7am Friday) and weekend working (8pm Friday to 7am Monday). This does not apply to Sleep-Ins.
