P3 Charity (People Potential Possibilities) is seeking a Support Worker to provide housing-related support to adults experiencing homelessness across Leamington, Stratford and Warwick. You will act as a keyworker, building positive relationships, encouraging healthy lifestyles, and supporting independent living.
You’ll work with partner organisations to achieve positive outcomes and use our internal IT system to maintain accurate records and make thoughtful decisions.
Hours per week: 37.5 hours per week
Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm
Work Base: Office based with regular travel

In this role, you’ll provide housing-related support to adults experiencing homelessness within our accommodation-based services across Leamington, Stratford and Warwick.

You’ll also work closely with partner organisations across the county, using a joined-up approach to help people achieve positive outcomes.
