Job summary

P3 Charity is seeking a kind and approachable Support Worker for our Young People's service in Nottingham. You'll deliver trauma-informed, strengths-based support to help people overcome challenges, maintain tenancy and develop life skills to reduce homelessness. This is a full-time, office-based role with some travel and a 37.5 hour week.

Job description

Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 17:00

Work Base: Office based with travel

We are looking for a Support Worker to join our Young People's service in Nottingham City. In this role, you'll deliver trauma informed, strengths-based support to enable people to overcome personal challenges and lead settled, fulfilled lives. You will help people to maintain their tenancy, working alongside them to build life skills and help them avoid repeat homelessness.

We are looking for someone who is flexible, approachable and non-judgemental. Someone who is passionate and solutions-focused, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and who always takes a kind approach. While experience in a similar role would be great, full training will be provided.

Required: full UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle.
