Job summary

P3 Charity (People Potential Possibilities) is seeking a Support Worker to join our site-based team in Coventry. You will support families experiencing homelessness, acting as a keyworker to encourage healthy lifestyles and independent living while coordinating with partners across the county.

The role requires a full UK driving licence and a willingness to work 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with a 9:00–17:00 shift. An enhanced DBS check will be completed by P3.

Qualifications

  • Experience in housing-related support or social care preferred.
  • Ability to engage with families and partners across multiple agencies.
  • Willingness to work on-site and travel as required.

Responsibilities

  • Record paperwork accurately on the internal IT system.

An exciting opportunity has arisen to joinour brilliant team of Support Workers.

As a Support Worker, you will be working in our family hubs, providing housing related support to families who are experiencing homelessness. You will act as a keyworker, encouraging positive and healthy lifestyles and assist individuals to develop skills for independent living. You will work closely with our partners across the county and take a multi-agency approach to reach positive outcomes for individuals. You must have a can-do attitude, be willing to go the extra mile and be able to think outside the box. You will work on our internal IT system ensuring that all paperwork is accurately recorded and up to date. You must be able make decisions with the sole purpose of supporting the people we work alongside to achieve their goals to create positive outcomes.

The successful candidate must hold a full UK driving licence. Please note, this post is subject to an enhanced check made by the Disclosure & Barring Services, paid for by P3.
