Job summary

P3 Charity in the UK is seeking a proactive Support Worker to join our team, delivering housing-related support to individuals in temporary accommodation. You’ll act as a keyworker, encourage healthy living, and help develop independence while collaborating with multi-agency partners across the county.

You will be office-based with travel, and hold a full UK driving licence. The role requires DBS check; P3 covers DBS costs.

An exciting opportunity has arisen to joinour brilliant team of Support Workers.

If you are self-motivated andenjoy a challenge where no two days are the same, then this role is for you!

As a Support Worker, you will be working with families who are in temporary accommodation providing housing related support to ensure they are tenancy ready. You will act as a keyworker, encouraging positive and healthy lifestyles and assist individuals to develop skills for independent living. You will work closely with our partners across the county and take a multi-agency approach to reach positive outcomes for individuals.
