P3 Charity is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to provide housing-related support to adults experiencing homelessness across Leamington, Stratford and Warwick. You will build positive relationships, promote healthy lifestyles and help individuals gain skills for independent living, working with local partners to achieve positive outcomes.
The role is office-based with travel, requires a full UK driving licence, and includes 37.5 hours per week from Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm, with DBS

In this role, you'll provide housing-related support to adults experiencing homelessness within our accommodation-based services across Leamington, Stratford and Warwick.
As a keyworker, you'll build positive relationships, encourage healthy lifestyles and support people to develop the skills and confidence they need for independent living. You'll also work closely with partner organisations across the county, using a joined-up approach to help people achieve positive outcomes.
We're looking for someone with a positive, can-do approach, a willingness to go the extra mile and the confidence to think creatively. You'll be supported to use our internal IT system to keep clear, accurate records and to make thoughtful decisions that help people work towards their goals.
