Job summary

Ranworth House in Eastbourne is hiring a Support Worker to provide compassionate care to adults with learning disabilities and complex needs. You will work within an inclusive team, conducting ward rounds, observing behaviours, and updating records to support each individual's recovery path toward a meaningful life.

The role offers a permanent, full-time schedule (35 hours weekly) with shifts between 7am and 10pm, including weekends. Experience with autism/epilepsy and a DBS check are required.

Qualifications

• Experience with autism and epilepsy.
• Willing to undergo a DBS check.
• Permanent, full-time role (35 hours per week).
• Shifts 7am–10pm, including weekends, on a rota.

Responsibilities

• Provide care to adults with learning disability and complex needs.
• Perform ward rounds, assess behaviours, and adapt care.
• Update patient records and assist with personal hygiene.
