Job summary

Dane House in Brighton, part of Elysium Healthcare, is hiring a Support Worker to join a compassionate team delivering high-quality care to residents with learning disabilities and autism. You will support daily living, monitor behaviours, and help residents progress toward a fulfilling life.

The role is permanent, full-time (37.5 hours), with shifts between 7am and 10pm and every other weekend. A comprehensive benefits package and ongoing training are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience caring for people with learning disabilities or autism
• Compassion, resilience and vigilance
• Ability to update patient records accurately

Responsibilities

• Join an inclusive, supportive team to provide care to people with learning disabilities and autism
• Analyse behaviours, adapt care plans with colleagues
• Update patient records and provide personal care as needed
• Work shifts 7am–10pm, including every other weekend
