Ranworth House in Eastbourne, part of Elysium Healthcare, is looking for a dedicated Support Worker to help adults with learning disabilities and complex needs on a permanent, full-time basis. You’ll contribute to a caring environment, maintaining patient records and supporting daily living activities.
A DBS check is required, and the role involves 35 hours per week on a rotating shift schedule from 7am to 10pm, including weekends.

Your day-to-day will include ward rounds, analysing behaviours and adapting care accordingly with colleagues, updating patient records, and providing overall care and support, which may include assisting with personal hygiene.

This is a permanent, full-time position, 35 contracted hours a week, working on shifts, between the hours of 7am and 10pm, including weekends, on a rota basis.
You must have relevant experience with autism and epilepsy, and be willing to undergo a DBS check.
Ranworth House is a 9-bed residential service with ensuite bedrooms, for all gender identities who have a learning disability, or who are autistic, and have behaviours which, due to their diagnosis, may be of concern/distress. Residents may also have profound and multiple communication difficulties, sensory impairments and physical health problems.
