Job summary

Ranworth House in Eastbourne is hiring a Support Worker to provide compassionate care to adults with learning disabilities and complex needs. You will work within an inclusive team, conducting ward rounds, observing behaviours, and updating records to support each individual's recovery path toward a meaningful life.

The role offers a permanent, full-time schedule (35 hours weekly) with shifts between 7am and 10pm, including weekends. Experience with autism/epilepsy and a DBS check are required.
