Active Assistance is seeking compassionate caregivers to support a 4-year-old with complex health needs at his family home. Initially shifts may occur in hospital in Rhyl, with morning, afternoon, long day, and overnight options available to build a stable, rewarding routine.

Qualifications

• Confident, energetic candidates who show initiative.
• Support a 4-year-old boy with complex health needs in his family home.
• Client has an acquired brain injury, epilepsy and PEG feed.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for a 4-year-old client with complex health needs in his family home.
• Initially work shifts in hospital in Rhyl.
• Shift patterns include mornings (7am-11am), afternoons (2pm-5pm), long day (7am-5pm, once a week) and waking nights (9pm-6am or 10pm-7am).
