This role is to support our brand new client, a 4 year old little boy with complex health needs in his family home when he returns from hospital (initially you will need to do shifts in Rhyl hospital). Our client has an acquired brain injury, epilepsy and PEG feed. We require candidates that have previous experience with managing epilepsy and with working with children. We are also looking for candidates that are confident, energetic and show initiative.
In this role you'll support one individual with complex needs as part of a consistent care team, with regular weekly shifts and rotas planned in advance. While the role is offered on a flexible zero hours contract, the work is ongoing and typically provides a stable working pattern with the same client.
