Active Assistance, part of Active Care Group, is recruiting a dedicated care assistant to support a 4-year-old boy with complex health needs at his family home in Flint. Initial shifts may be in Rhyl hospital; you will provide compassionate, person-centered care and work as part of a stable care team.

The role offers day and waking night shifts, ongoing training, pension, holiday pay, and opportunities for career development within a leading clinical and care network.

Qualifications

• Previous experience with managing epilepsy and working with children.
• Confident, energetic and shows initiative.

Responsibilities

• Support one child with complex health needs in the family home.
• Provide consistent care during day and waking night shifts.
• Collaborate with the Care Manager and broader care team.
