Active Assistance, part of Active Care Group, is seeking caring staff to support a 4-year-old boy with complex health needs at his family home in Flint. Shifts include day and waking night, with hospital experience preferred for epilepsy care and PEG feeds.

Day shifts and Waking Night shifts available!Would you love a rewarding role, supporting our 4 year old client with complex health needs in his family home?Join Active Assistance, and become part of a rewarding new care team supporting our new young client in his home in Flint.About the role:This role is to support our brand new client, a 4 year old little boy with complex health needs in his family home when he returns from hospital (initially you will need to do shifts in Rhyl hospital). Our client has an acquired brain injury, epilepsy and PEG feed.We require candidates that have previous experience with managing epilepsy and with working with children. We are also looking for candidates that are confident, energetic and show initiative.When you will be working:Days and Waking Nights availableDay shifts: mix of long day shifts 7am-5pm / morning shifts 7am-11am / afternoon shifts 2pm-5pmWaking night shifts (between 9-12 hr shifts)In this role, you’ll support one individual with complex needs as part of a consistent care team, with regular weekly shifts and rotas planned in advance.
