Job summary

Active Assistance is recruiting for waking nights to support a 4-year-old boy with complex health needs in his family home in Flint. The role requires experience with epilepsy management and pediatric care, with shifts initially in Rhyl hospital, then in the family home.

You will join a stable care team, work on a 9-hour waking night shift, and be offered flexible hours, a pension, and career development opportunities within a leading clinical group.

Qualifications

• Experience managing epilepsy in children.
• Experience in pediatric care.
• Willingness to work waking nights.
• UK working rights and eligibility to work locally.

Responsibilities

• Provide overnight care for a 4-year-old boy with complex needs.
• Monitor and support epilepsy management and PEG feeding as per care plan.
• Follow rota and handover procedures; document activities for Care Manager.
• Collaborate with family and care team to ensure safe, consistent nightly routine.
