Job summary

Dimensions in Bromsgrove is seeking a compassionate Support Worker to assist five adults with learning disabilities and autism in a warm home. You will support independence, daily living, personal care, mobility, and engage in activities like hydrotherapy, arts, and community outings.

The role is on-site, part-time (28 hours) with shifts including some waking nights. Benefits include paid annual leave, progression opportunities, Learn to Drive, salary advances, and enhanced DBS paid by us.

Responsibilities

• Promoting independence and supporting people to live the lives they choose
• Personal care and mobility support, including hoisting and repositioning
• Wheelchair support and ensuring comfort and safety
• Medication administration, including epilepsy support
• Daily living support, including cooking, cleaning, shopping and appointments
• Encouraging engagement in activities and community outings
• Building strong, positive relationships with the people you support and your team
