Dimensions Worcester is seeking a Female Support Worker to care for five residents in a lively home. You will assist with personal care, medications, PEG feeding, and manual handling while supporting daily activities and social engagement.

A manual driving licence is essential due to community outings and appointments. The role requires calm, compassionate and proactive team players who follow health protocols, communicate clearly and respect individual needs.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support five women in their 20s–30s with learning disabilities, autism and complex health needs in a shared home.
• Provide personal care for four residents and manage medications (including insulin and midazolam), PEG feeding for one person, manual handling and hoist use.
• Engage in social activities and enable day trips, crafts, visits and outings while maintaining safety and dignity.
