Job summary

Advance Housing & Support is seeking a Female Support Worker in Bromsgrove to assist customers with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs. The role offers flexible hours, training, and mileage paid with a personal vehicle.

You must have a full UK/International driving license and access to your own vehicle; mileage paid at 0.55p per mile. 16 contracted hours per week, with shifts Mon-Sun including weekends, days, evenings, holidays, and sleep-ins.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team
• Ability to complete quality support records and maintain documentation
• Willingness to work every other weekend and flexible hours

Responsibilities

• Assisting with personal care and hygiene (if required)
