Job summary

Dimensions in Woodley (Reading) is seeking a proactive Support Worker to join a lively home supporting three gentlemen with learning disabilities, autism and mental health needs. The role is part-time up to 30 hours per week with day, afternoon and sleep-in shifts, and requires a full UK manual driving licence.

You will assist with personal care, meals, medication, and outings, including cinema trips and social activities. Training is provided and weekend work is essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 support during the day and shared support within the home
• Personal care for one person (others only need prompting with daily routines)
• Medication administration and support when out
• Help with meal preparation and healthy routines
• Make every outing fun – discos, shopping trips, etc.
