Qualifications

• Able to work on your own and within a team.
• Willingness to achieve the Care Certificate.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care and hygiene when required.
• Administer medication if required.
• Prepare and cook meals.
• Attend medical appointments with clients.
• Support social activities and independent living skills.
• Assist with domestic duties such as cleaning and laundry.
• Keep accurate care records and update care plans.
• Keep training up to date.
